BOOKING POLICY A valid card on file is required for all bookings. Your card on file is used to secure appointments and may be charged for applicable deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, or outstanding balances. A $15 non-refundable retainer deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your final service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: • The $15 retainer deposit is forfeited • The deposit is not held as credit unless the appointment is rescheduled under the rescheduling rules below RESCHEDULING POLICY (MORE THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE) If an appointment is rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice: • The $15 deposit may be transferred one time only • The rescheduled appointment must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date • Any additional changes will require a new deposit CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES WITHIN 48 HOURS Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time (including same-day) are considered a late cancellation and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. • The $15 deposit will be forfeited • A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file • A new deposit will be required to book again • You must contact me directly to make any changes NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to show up to your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. For facial services, consultation time and required forms are included within your appointment time. REFUND POLICY All services and deposits are final sale. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION By booking an appointment, you authorize MW Skin & Beauty, LLC to charge your card on file for any remaining balances, cancellation fees, or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. Failure to pay any outstanding fees will result in suspension of booking privileges until the balance is paid in full. POLICY AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. These policies are in place to maintain structure, consistency, and availability for all clients.
