CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Cancellation Policy To respect my time and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below. ⸻ Retainer Deposit • A valid card on file is required for all bookings. Your card will only be charged for the retainer deposit at the time of booking, or in the event of a no-call/no-show or late cancellation. • A non-refundable $15 retainer deposit is required to book any appointment. • This deposit will be applied toward your final service total. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. • Deposits may be transferred one time only with at least 48 hours notice. • The rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of the originally booked appointment date for the deposit to transfer. • If the appointment is rescheduled more than once, or beyond 30 days of the original appointment date, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. • Please note: If you book two or more services, the required retainer deposit may be higher to reflect the additional time reserved for your appointment. ⸻ 48-Hour Cancellation Policy • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time with no penalty. • If you need to reschedule within the 48-hour window, one courtesy reschedule may be granted at my discretion without losing your deposit. • After the one courtesy reschedule, a new $15 retainer deposit will be required to secure a new appointment date. Please note: The retainer deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. ⸻ Late Cancellations & No Shows • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total to the card on file. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total. Please note: If the card on file is declined for any applicable fee (late cancellation or no-show), the full amount due plus a new $15 retainer deposit must be paid before booking any future appointments. You will be blocked from online booking until all outstanding fees are paid in full. Once payment is received, you must contact me directly to request a new appointment. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy • Please arrive on time to receive your full service. • If you arrive 15 minutes or later, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your retainer deposit will be forfeited. • A new $15 retainer deposit will be required to reschedule. ⸻ Payment Authorization By booking an appointment, you: • Authorize MW Skin & Beauty to charge your card on file for your remaining service balance at checkout. • Authorize the card on file to be charged for any cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. • Understand that failure to pay required fees will result in loss of booking privileges. These policies are in place to protect my time, maintain a smooth schedule, and ensure every client receives the best experience possible. Thank you!
